With thousands of people considering a move to Austin, Texas in the near future it should be no surprise that private country clubs are getting plenty of phone calls. One of the more elite private country club opportunities is at the Hills of Lakeway Country Club. Members can get access to the Hills Signature Course, Flintrock Falls, Live Oak and Yaupon courses. Below are the Hills of Lakeway Country Club Membership Initiation Fees and Monthly Dues:

• Signature Golf Membership – $50,000 Initiation Fee (non transferrable) with $825 in Monthly Dues
• Lakeway Golf Membership – $5000 Initiation Fee and $475 in Monthly Dues

The Signature Golf Membership includes access to the Hills Signature Course, Flintrock Falls, Live Oak and Yaupon courses plus the Academy of Golf Dynamics Practice Facility. The Lakeway Golf Membership includes access to Live Oak and Yaupon Courses and their practice facilities.

This is a ClubCorp private country club so if you join you will get the benefits of ClubCorp members. It is unique in that the Hills Signature Course is not part of the ClubCorp network for non members traveling to the Austin, Texas area. It is a more elite and private golf course experience.
