With some of the best weather for golf in the mountains of North Carolina, it comes as no surprise that some of the courses in Highlands and Cashiers demand a very steep initiation fee. The Wildcat Cliffs Country Club membership initiation fees and monthly dues are as follows:

• Golf Membership – $40,000 with $11,700 Annual Dues ($975 monthly)
• Social Membership – $25,000 with $7,020 Annual Dues ($585 monthly)
