On Wednesday, April 14th, 2021 we had the second Patrick Kelley Shootout at Knight’s Play. There was not a lesson because of this. We played it from a very short yardage as most shots were under 120 yards which was fine with me. Interestingly, it made it harder because I could not do a full shoulder turn from these distances. I ended up scoring ok but my ball striking was not great. I did have one long birdie putt that dropped and ended up in the middle of the pack.

This will likely be my worst finish in the Patrick Kelley Shootout as I am getting much better with each lesson. In a few weeks I have a feeling I am going to be hitting all my clubs quite well. We shall see.
