Lesson #268 – May 4th, 2021

Today was day 2 of me getting as deep as possible with my left pectoral and swinging at about 75%. It really is crazy how much further I am going back now; both distance and time wise. I have a one track mind of just working on getting the left pec to turn all the way around my body. I am allowing Patrick to clean up other areas like where my arms go and what my legs are doing.

It is a lot less stress when I don’t think about anything but continuing to turn, turn, turn. I hit some pretty good shots and continued to work on slowing down. While I know I am not hitting it as far at this point, the club is coming into the ball from a much better place. I did feel Patrick working on my right side as I get close to fully turned but it is nothing I am going to even consider worrying about. Patrick can make muscle memory for me.

My practice pitching motion has gotten so much better with my better rhythm. I really make great content on over 80% of my chips by simply rocking my shoulders. As this gets better my rhythm gets better with my full swing too. Not much to say other than turning the left pec all the way around my body and letting what happens happen.
